ORDERING
- Buyer's order must meet a minimum subtotal of $10.00 before it can be placed. Meeting that minimum makes it worth my time to process, pack and ship items.

SHIPPING POLICIES (GENERAL)
- Shipping of CDs and Cassettes: Items under $50 are shipped in a standard, padded envelope, no extra protection. Items $50 or more are first wrapped in cardboard, then placed in a standard, padded envelope.
- Shipping of Vinyl Records: All items are shipped in a standard vinyl shipping box, inside a protective poly cover/bag. Most records will also include extra cardboard protection. Unsealed records' vinyl(s) will be removed from the record's jacket, placed behind the jacket in their respective inner sleeves, inside the poly cover/bag. This is in order to protect the jacket in shipping.
- Seller is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

SHIPPING POLICIES (WITHIN THE U.S.) ADDENDUM
- US (North America) items are shipped via USPS Media Mail or USPS Ground Advantage at Seller's discretion.
- US purchases above $25 will include insurance. Otherwise no additional insurance is added. Insurance will be dictated by the default minimum insured amount (if any) from the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES (OUTSIDE THE U.S.) ADDENDUM
- By default, Seller does NOT sell nor ship outside of the continental U.S. except for Canada.
- If you are an international buyer (outside of Canada) and are unable to place an order, please reach out to the Seller to discuss possible purchase options.
- International shipping cost, method, and whether or not the package is insured varies on destination. In general, the most economical method will be used (normally USPS First Class International Mail). Said method may/may not include insurance. **Please reach out before purchasing if you would like to specify a specific carrier/method and add insurance. If the method you prefer exceeds the standard amount defined in the Sellers's Shipping Policy, Seller will adjust the final invoice for you to cover the additional cost.**
- Default international shipping rates in Seller's Shipping Policy are subject to change at Seller's discretion.
- Buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or fees. Seller is not responsible.

GRADING & MEDIA TESTING
- Sleeve Grading: Unless there's something special about the case itself (meaning its a non-standard case which can't be easily replaced), for CD jewel and Cassette cases, grading is not based on the condition of the case itself, only on the covers/art/inserts within.
- Testing Cassettes and CDs: Unless otherwise noted in item listing, any cassettes or CDs were tested with a single one through prior to listing for sale, but as we know especially cassettes can deteriorate over time. **MEDIA WILL ONLY BE TESTED IF THE SALE EXCEEDS $20 (USD) & IF THE BUYER REQUESTS**. If the buyer doesn't request additional testing and/or the sale is less than $20, media will NOT be tested prior to shipping.
- Requesting Photos or Messaging with Questions About an Item: If you haven't actually purchased the item, I will not honor message requests for photos. I've been burned on this too many times, taking a ton of time to send photos over to a prospective buyers who never end up buying or responding to my replies. If you have any concerns about the condition of a given item you've *already bought and paid for* and want pictures before I ship it, I will send them to you. But only if the price of the item is over $50.

UPON RECEIPT
- Seller is not responsible if any issues occur after the Buyer receives and/or plays the media.
- All items are sold as is. No returns.
