PAYMENT and CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Payment ONLY through PayPal is accepted at this time, and ONLY for orders within the continental United States. INTERNATIONAL Orders not honored at this time.

• Orders will be automatically CANCELED if payment is not received within four (4) calendar days upon confirmation of purchase.

SHIPPING and HANDLING POLICY

• Seller will ship to buyer's PayPal shipping address ONLY. Please ensure that BOTH your Discogs address and PayPal address match.

• INSTRUCTIONS on confirming your correct shipping address can be found here: https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/article/FAQ1113. PayPal does provide order protection for both buyers and sellers, and as such requires that the correct address is confirmed upon submitting payment.

• As an entity that does not have an online business but is instead a private collector, the seller WILL NOT be responsible for any delays, delivery loss, or any other circumstance which may ultimately forfeit the buyer's order if the incorrect shipping address has been incorrectly supplied via the buyer's PayPal .

• Most orders ship within THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS from payment. If an order falls on a Friday, it may not ship until the next business day, which would be Monday. Please keep this in mind when placing an order or asking about order status. Seller will make every reasonable effort to respond to questions on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Having stated this, please do not be alarmed if the buyer does not receive a response over the weekend.

DOMESTIC (U.S.) SHIPPING RATES

• ALL ITEMS will ship via USPS Media Mail, and generally ships between three (3) to seven (7) business days. Prices for Media Mail is determined by the standardized weighted format of purchased item(s) either as a single item or a combination thereof as per below:

• 12-inch singles or full-length LPs (single/double discs): $6.50 for first item, $.75 for each additional, up to a maximum of three (3) albums (either single or double disc). Four (4) and above up to six (6) will be a flat rate of $9.00.

• 7-inch singles, CDs or cassette tapes (single or double discs/tapes): $5.50 for first item, $0.50 for each additional. Four (4) singles, CDs or cassettes and above up to six (6) is a flat rate of $8.00.

• As an option (and through specific requests ONLY), please note that it is also highly recommended---both as a more expedited and secure method---the USPS Priority Mail option for single or combined purchases incurring a dollar value of $200.00 and above. USPS Priority Mail generally ships between two (2) to three (3) business days, depending on buyer's geographic location (designated by "zone" by the USPS). Prices for Priority Mail starts at $15.00 per 12" single or LP, plus an additional $2.00 per additional LP or disc. Please provide a request quote for orders of three (3) or more albums, or box sets.

• OPTIONAL insurance is also available as an for all orders. Please inquire for a quote before placing orders. Insurance costs will be based on the total purchase value of purchased item(s) and is determined by USPS' standard policy on items to be insured.

• Buyer may also wish to wait for receipt of your purchase invoice, so full confirmation of actual total costs of a purchase, including all shipping and handling fees, will be provided and confirmed.

PACKING DETAILS

• ALL shipments of LPs, 12-inch and 7-inch singles will be packed in industry- standard, reinforced cardboard record mailers. Additional reinforcement such as a two cardboard inserts and/or bubble wrap will also be included as part of your item shipment.

• Larger orders will be packed accordingly with bubble wrap (such as box sets), inserts, or double-boxing (depending on the size and overall fragility of a particular item).

RETURN POLICY

• NEW/SEALED: Returns and refunds will be accepted within five (5) business days upon receipt and ONLY on new and factory sealed LPs, 12-inch singles, cassette tapes and compact discs (CD singles, full CDs, SACDs or CD box sets), and only for the cost of the returned item(s). The item(s) must be in the exact same condition that you received it. Any and all shipping costs incurred from your purchase will not be refunded, nor will return shipping be honored and provided by seller.

• USED: All sales are final and no refunds will be honored on all used LPs, 12-inch and 7-inch singles, cassette tapes and compact discs (CD singles, full CDs, SACDs or CD box sets). As such, please pay close attention to differences in a title listing and ensure the format variance with vinyl (LP) releases versus that of a compact disc (CD or SACD) are clearly stated and understood.

• A NOTE ON "USED RECORD" PURCHASES: Upon request, seller can provide photos of ALL used records (vinyl disc, jacket, inserts) prior to finalizing purchases. If buyer does not request photos before purchase and shipping, buyer assumes and agrees to seller's item description, thus seller will not offer any refunds based either on negligence to request photos for item representation or through buyers' remorse.
