Important info on grading and returns:
I have 30+ years experience visually grading to Goldmine standards, and I take great care in the shipment of records to you - all records are VPI cleaned, and everything ships out in proper mailers with the record and inner sleeve out of the jacket (including 7" singles w/ pic sleeves), secured in a plastic cover, regardless if it's a $2 item or a $200 item. Grading is visual unless stated otherwise; vintage 45s are always play tested.
I use standard LP sized mailers/ cardboard stiffeners and am unable to make exceptions to this (I've shipped out over 70,000 records through the years in standard square mailers, and have had less than a dozen ever be damaged in shipping).
Plastic cases/ jewel boxes on CD's and cassettes are NOT graded, as per industry/ discogs standards of grading this type of media (https://discogs.sitiodesbloquea.com/forum/thread/343790).
If you wish to return an item, please me within three days of delivery, and ship the record back within 24 hours of return authorization . Sealed records (and records sold 'still in shrink wrap') can only be returned if still sealed/ still in shrink. If I make a mistake, I will pay the return shipping (we're all human, mistakes can and do happen!). I don’t provide return shipping labels. All sales are final on any tape formats due to the volatile nature of old tapes.
International buyers using a US based shipping service: Your shipper is responsible to make sure the order is to your satisfaction. I cannot offer any refunds or returns on orders that are shipped outside of the US by a third party.
