Everything over 250g (and below 2kg) costs the same:
1-8 12" records, or 10"s, or loads of 7" singles, cassettes or cds in jewel cases or digipaks
Worldwide €9.90.
With tracking it is €23.80

1 CD or 7"
Worldwide €8.95
With tracking it is €23.80

1 CD (no jewel case), a cardsleeve cd or 1 cassette
Worldwide €3.75
Again, it's €23.80 if tracking is included

I usually ship within 24 hours of payment received. Sometimes you will receive the goods very fast. Danish postal only operate Monday to Friday, which means that everything posted after 5pm Friday will not get shipped from the post office before Monday 5pm.

Shipping is most often done to the address given in the paypal transaction. I might notice a difference in the customer's Discogs address and their Paypal, but I will not guarantee it. So please make sure that you will receive on both addresses.

Cassette cases and cd jewel cases: Even though I always use both padding and cardboard stiffeners when shipping, or dedicated casette mailers, the plastic cases are very easily damaged during transport! I must confess I am not too fussy about these personally, as they are generic and replaceable. Also, when grading cds and cassettes I am not taking into the jewel cases only the cd insert/artwork and the cassette j-card. Unless the jewel case is special (colour, embossed etc.). I know there are several collectors concerned about undamaged cassette and jewel cases. What it is I want to say is that I will not refund the price of the cd or cassette if there's a crack in the plastic of the case. You are always welcome to return, of course, see below.

Returns are ok. But all shipping costs are covered by you, and please pack with care, just as I did ;)

Order cancellations - should you want to cancel your order it is not a problem, and I will of course refund. BUT - in the refund process I will as a seller not get a refund for the fees I pay to PayPal. This means, that if you want to have an order refunded, I will not refund the amount lost in PayPal fees.
