GRADING
I am grading visually, so I am not using the Mint categories (unless it is still sealed). VG+ should mean no marks or very light surface marks only; VG should mean a few light scratches; G+ should mean quite a lot of scratches; and G should mean its battered, but should play OK. I sample play anything which looks borderline between grades. I add other notes on label condition, e.g. writing, stickers, separately from grading the vinyl.
My default with sleeves is VG due to light shelf wear such as edge wear or ringwear. G+ will mean crumpling, dirt/stains, a lot of writing or tears. I ignore price labels, but will say if a previous owner has added stickers.
