Note: All opened records are ultrasonically cleaned before grading. Media grading is visual but I try to play records (open items only) to determine exact media condition (visually assessed VG+, NM, or even M can still have skips). If it says "play tested" in the description, it was played for grading purposes. Outer sleeves are graded based on factors such as presence of shrink sleeve, partial or completely visible ring wear, saw cuts, drill holes, stains, cut corners, splits, worn or "furry" edges, or other damage. Inner sleeves can be generic paper or round-bottom anti-static. Original inner sleeves, if included, are noted in the description.

I guarantee the record I sell you will be at least as good as described. Occasionally I may grade a record incorrectly (my eyesight is not as good as it used to be) or find the record does not meet the grade during playback, or I may find damage not previously noted. I may even misplace and be unable to find the record (I will issue an immediate refund). If problems are found with the record listed, I will try to find an equivalent record which may be a different release (gatefold versions always replaced with gatefold releases). If the exact release is important, please note it on your order at time of purchase.

If a mistake was made in the release version you received or grading of media or sleeve, please me via the Discogs order page. I will do everything to remedy the problem, including discounting the purchase price or issuing a complete refund if needed. If you are dissatified with a record due to my mistake, all I ask is that you refuse the shipment and ask the USPS to return it to me. Refund will be issued as soon as I receive the record(s).

I issue immediate refunds (not including shipping) for damage to the record resulting from shipping. Just notify me and send me a picture of the damage.

Buyer pays tax plus $5.83 for shipping for the first 2 records or a double album on sales to domestic US customers. Free shipping on orders of $75 or more. Shipping for first 2 records or a double album on sales to Canada is $20, and $30 for European customers.
For foreign buyers: Overseas orders are shipped First Class International. Buyer pays the duties, as this is not included in the purchase price. Your invoice for duties, including IOSS VAT ID number and EU EORI number can be printed out from your Discogs order page.
