The package never arrived:
If the parcel was ed, the delivery company and provide them with the tracking number. Work with the delivery company to locate the package, if possible.
If the parcel wasn’t ed, ask your neighbors if they received the item in their postbox before taking further action. Wait longer, sometimes especially during holidays the packages can get stuck for a really long time, especially overseas. If the item is still missing - sorry but it happens sometimes, the package is lost. My own orders were lost a few times, but it is a rare case in general.
The package arrived in poor condition:
the delivery company immediately, most of these companies provide customers with assistance and insurance.
I pack items with a styrofoam wrap or bubble wrap and use cardboard envelopes used for vinyl shipment so it counts as standard secure packaging. Ask me if you want extra protection for your order, I will be happy to do so.
The product didn’t meet the expectations of the Buyer:
If you have received the item as described and would like to return it - write me, tell me your reasons, I could issue a refund for the item only (once I receive it back in the same condition) if it's value is higher than €10, buyer pays for all shipping/customs fees (must include tracking number), otherwise no returns.
I take pictures and record the items to capture the condition before selling.
If it is my mistake - wrong item condition or wrong release/catalogue, I can refund the price of the item(s) you have bought plus the return shipping (up to €15 max), once I have received the item(s) back in their original condition that I have sent them to the buyer.
