I can accept returns or offer full refunds for faulty items if not described by me in the listings comments. This is incredibly rare. I playgrade ALL 2nd hand items and rip to mp3 before sending. If an audio discrepancy arises i shall ask you to send me the record and i shall rip a new mp3 and compare the files BEFORE offering any form of refund!
Grading - NM may be used if an item plays NM but has light surface marks such as paper scuffs or storage marks that do not affect play. If an item looks and plays like new it may be graded as MINT even though it is unsealed. VG+ is a broad grading so please read the comments before ordering. I will always try to mention any significant issues on any item.
On the rare occasion i make a mistake please do not hesitate to get in touch directly for an amicable resolution.
