AVAILABILITY

• I list my items on multiple marketplaces/channels, direct-to-website and in-store.
• That means is impossible to sync all of my inventory and keep it updated real time.
• In case you place an order and the item is out of stock you will receive a full refund within 48 hours.

DELIVERIES

• I am always working hard to increase the number of releases i can sell at Discogs.
• To ensure that i can make available as many items as possible, i make available titles that are in stock at any of my partners to make available titles that are in their warehouses. These titles have a slightly longer time to ship to you as once your order is placed, i have to order it from a partner/supplier and then ship your order from my place.
• Some orders may ship to your doorstep directly from trusted partners/suppliers, so to receive your order faster.
• Usually dispatched in 7-14 Days. In case there is an emergency i will email you and inform you of any delay.
• If for any reason your delivery has not arrived 15 working days after the dispatch date (you will receive an email as each item is dispatched), please me via Discogs.
• Sealed records may be shipped outside jacket to avoid transport damages like seam splits upon request after buyer makes purchase. These damages are created by the record inside of the sleeve. Seller not responsible for any audio defects on sealed/unplayed items. I do not have any extra jackets for the releases in case of any minor damage by the carrier in transit. To clarify, It will will come packaged in a full color jacket sealed UNLESS reguested in the comment section of your order to open the album & ship the record separated from the sleeve. This is a good way to prevent potential seam splits along the top of the jacket due to careless handling by the post office. Thank you.

• I want you to be happy every time you shop with me, but if you ever need to return anything, i'm here to make things as easy and convenient as possible. If you are happy with your Discogs purchase then a great way of saying thanks is to give me your positive . This let's other buyers know that i'm a reliable and trustworthy Discogs seller. Negative should not be left until you have given me a change to make good on your problem. Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to me!
• If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to me in its original condition within 30 days of receiving the delivery and i'll issue a full refund. Returns accepted, as long as products are in original new condition with any shrinkwrap or seal unbroken, and stickers unremoved. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item to me unless you have received the item in error or if the item is damaged or defective. Please ensure you keep proof of postage.
