We take great care in packaging records for shipment. We use sturdy cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl, with additional padding around the record itself. The record is removed from its jacket to prevent seam splits and placed in a protective, anti-static inner sleeve.
We are aware of the potential risk of warping during hot weather. We ship promptly to minimize transit time, and we can add a note to the package requesting the carrier keep it out of direct sunlight.
If a record arrives warped, please us immediately. We offer a full refund (including return shipping) for any items damaged in transit. We usually ship through USPS.
Refunds are gladly given if items are returned in the condition they were sent.
