+ Sealed records are sold "AS IS". No refunds or exchanges on sealed items. Sealed records are assumed to be unplayed and therefore are graded NM because they cannot be opened to assign a media grade
+All items are shipped in boxes with cardboard filler pads for protection.
+if we don't explicitly state that a record comes with an insert, lyric sheet, poster, original inner sleeve, or any other extras then it should be assumed that these are not included with the record.
+ We usually ship within 3-7 business days (we are closed on weekends) from "payment received" date. If you need your order to ship faster, us about Rush Priority Mail shipping options. We do not hold orders for any reason. All order will ship within the 3-7 business day time period.
+If you have any special shipping requests, please let us know upon paying for your order and we will do our best to accommodate you. You must provide your shipping requests with every order you place, otherwise, we will ship how we feel it should be shipped. There is no way we can every shipping detail. + Insurance available upon request. Insurance for USA orders is $1.50 per $100 spent. Insurance for International orders is $2.50 per $100 spent. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged by the courier if you do NOT purchase insurance.
