Please know that I frequently order records on Discogs for my personal collection so I will treat you as I wish to be treated.
I will ship within 3 business days (or less) of payment being received. I use top quality mailers packaged with care and reply to your order/inquiry in a timely manner.

Nearly all of my listings are New/Mint, therefore they ship in the jacket and/or sleeve that they were originally provided with unless otherwise noted in the listings comment section. Some records have a small barcode sticker from the distributor. Please ask and I will check if the record in question has a barcode sticker.

Please submit payment within 4 DAYS of invoice. Orders will be automatically cancelled by Discogs after that period and Discogs will automatically leave a negative on the buyer profile (if you need more time to make payment let me know).
When an order is submitted it is a promise to pay for the order, it is not a hold time giving one time to think about maybe paying for the order.
Non-payment without prior notification will result in the buyer being blocked and Discogs will leave a negative on the buyer profile.

Buyer pays shipping. Rates are based on 1 record, 2x12 is 2 records, etc. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars.

On that note, with USPS slowing down delivery time for Media Mail I highly recommend using Priority Mail. All Media Mail shipments are uninsured (buyers risk) and can take 10-20 business days to reach you as Media Mail coming from Hawaii is sent to SF, CA via ocean container and then sent from Continental US via standard USPS Media Mail shipping routes. Although (infrequently) some Media Mail shipments have arrived sooner than the above timeframe.

Please take note that once USPS takes possession of your order, I can no longer influence the timing of your delivery; it is in the hands of the USPS at that point.

Whether you choose to ship with insurance or not, it is up to the buyer to file any claim with the postal carrier, as once the package leaves my hands I have absolutely no control/ability whatsoever on checking the status of the package. Of note, the buyer paid for the order, so any insurance refund would go to the buyer (you), not the seller (me).

I am being very forthright in spelling this out as I do not offer any type of refund on costs associated with International shipping, nor do I refund the contents of the order for any reason whatsoever.

I WILL SHIP TO YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS
You can edit your shipping address on Paypal by clicking the "Purchase" link. After logging into Paypal it will allow you to add an address for this specific order.

A tracking number will always be provided regardless of shipping method, and the order status will be updated to "Shipped".

If a package is returned to me for any reason, I can either refund you for the cost of the records minus Shipping, Discogs & PayPal fees or you can pay for shipping again and I will re-ship the records. Buyer is responsible for reading and following my Seller and providing me/PayPal with correct mailing information.

SEALED RECORD POLICY:
It is assumed that a sealed record is in perfect "like new/Mint" condition; however, sealed records occasionally have pressing defects or damage incurred from storage. We DO NOT accept returns on records that were shipped sealed and opened by the buyer.

No returns or refunds unless a record has a manufacturing defect. In this scenario a replacement record (when/if available), credit or refund for record will be issued upon proof of defect being received by me. Buyer pays for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable after the order has been shipped. I add roughly 100 records to my store on a weekly basis so I do not have enough time to check each individual record for manufacturer's defects.
