Shipping Information
All our items are posted within 4 working days of receipt of your payment. All items are shipped in purpose made cardboard mailers with 2 cardboard stiffeners. We obtain proof of postage for every delivery but for extra peace of mind you may wish to pay for Royal Mail Tracked which means you will have to sign for the parcel when it arrives and which provides cover if your item is lost or damaged in the post. If you have paid for Royal Mail Tracked we will refund you in full if your item is lost or damaged.
If you have not paid for delivery/insurance we will submit a claim to royal mail, this normally takes 3 weeks (U.K) and up to 15 weeks (international) to process.
We are unable to refund you until royal mail have investigated and approved the claim. Postage and packaging costs are not refundable.

Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please e-mail and let us know. You may return the item within 14 days of receipt to;

The purchase price will be refunded upon receipt of your purchase and you are responsible for the return postage. Postage and packaging costs will only be refunded where there has been a significant error in description on our part and must be agreed by us beforehand.
