Please make sure your PayPal and Discogs mailing addresses match before submitting payment. For domestic orders we will always default to the PayPal address. If you want your item shipped to a different location then listed at PayPal you must let us know.

All used LPs will be shipped outside of the jacket to help prevent seam splitting. We use brown cardboard mailers with a combination of cardboard LP mailers (flat, square cardboard) and bubble wrap to help keep the album in place. All other items will be packed in either cardboard mailers or bubble mailers with a cardboard packing to keep it safe. We understand what it's like to be excited for a purchase to arrive just to be let down by the crappy packing.

Buyer pays shipping and, if desired, insurance.

We will not adjust the value or claim an item as a gift on international sales to avoid taxes.

Buyer is responsible for paying customs fees on international orders. Your country is in charge of setting those rates and collecting those fees, not us. We have no control over the amount they charge.

MadCity Music is not liable for records that are lost, stolen or damaged in shipment. All items are shipped Media Mail unless otherwise arranged. We highly recommend any records valued between 25 and 50 dollars are sent priority mail. Please ask if you'd like that. Anything over 50 dollars we ask that the buyer pay insurance to cover the costs if it is damaged on the way to you.

If you waive the additional costs for insurance or priority shipping, we will not be liable for refunding the purchase price if it is lost, stolen or damaged in shipment. You will be asked to file a claim with the Post Office to alleviate any loss associated with shipping issues. We do our best to package records for safe shipping but, there are times where the USPS may still damage a record. We believe shipping priority is the best way to help ensure that this doesn't happen and, if it does, you will be able to file a claim to get refunded by the USPS.

Orders will be canceled if payment has not been received within 4 days of ordering.

We will not purposely delay shipping of packages for longer than 24 hours once payment has been received.

We will not ship to any hotels, motels, or any other short-term stay residences. We will only ship to home residences or permanent places of employment.

RETURN POLICY: Different turntables get different results, we totally understand that. Let's discuss any issues or problems and resolve them before jumping to conclusions. Please us before leaving negative . All reasonable issues can be resolved. Buying records and all forms of physical music should be fun, let's keep it that way.

Domestic orders: If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will email you a pdf return label. Once the albums has been returned, and is in the same shape which it was shipped, we can offer a full refund.

International orders: Please us directly to discus any problems. We will be glad to resolve any reasonable requests.
