We ship things usually within a business day or the next business day. If you have an issue with an order, just let us know. We're pretty laid back & are always happy to make it right to the best of our ability. Basically, we're human & we might occasionally make a mistake. Nothing is done in malice. Please note we do not do partial refunds.

We only ship to your ed Discogs address. NO EXCEPTIONS sorry!

If you found the record on Discogs then we only sell that item through Discogs. We will not do the sale off Discogs. The platform brought it to your attention so Discogs deserves their cut.

No putting items in the cart & then beginning drawn out negotiations on pricing, needed photos, upgraded shipping at no cost, etc. Order will be cancelled. Also note, if you would like us to hold for you & pick it up in the store, that is fine. We will message you when it's upstairs & on hold. If you're in the store we will grab anything & as much as you want from our Discogs listing.

Also, please note that we do not ship outside of the USA. Too many delays, damages, lost packages, buyers wanting us to alter Custom's forms to avoid VAT tax, dispute condition once its arrived. etc. It just became too much of a hassle. If you are using a forwarding service or a friend's domestic address to then ship outside the US your items are non-returnable / non-refundable once they leave the US. Note: Once the item has been delivered to the given address (NOT your home in Chile, Italy, UK, etc) our responsibility for delivered has ended. The items are to be inspected before being forwarded- we'll allow 14 days for a return. We can ship 1000's of items domestically w/ no issues but once we ship outside of the US, there seems to be a problem & buyer needs a refund that often times is strangely equal to the VAT tax or return postage.

Sending pictures. Since the even basic acknowledgement ( ie "Thanks for pics.") or follow-up is near zero it's not a top priority. If we have time we will send.
