As record lovers ourselves We ship all items in way *we’d* like to receive them. We use high quality whiplash mailers and take the upmost care with our records.

Buyer pays for shipping, which is calculated at check out. Typical cost is $6, but depends on number of items ordered. This number restarts at 5 discs, since we'll have to do two separate boxes, but then drops to $1 per lp. As a rule, we refund any difference between the cost you pay and we pay (e.g. you pay $11 and we can mail it for $9, we'll refund the $2).

For returns or exchanges of shipped orders, Republic Of Athens Records customer service must be ed within 14 days of the delivery date to initiate the return process. Returned items must be in original condition and are subject to inspection by Republic Of Athens Records staff before refund credit is applied. Customer is responsible for all shipping and ancillary fees incurred with the return of items to Republic Of Athens Records.

Reports of damage must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests made beyond the 14-day window are not eligible for refund or store credit. To request a refund for damaged items shipped please [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue, along with images of the damaged order. Please retain all outer packaging as well as the product itself until instructed further by Republic Of Athens Records customer service.
