All items visually graded unless otherwise specified. Will play test and provide pictures and/or sound clips upon request but only for records over $10.

Any play test descriptions are based on playback on my Denon DP-300F turntable which has an Audio Technica VM95ML cartridge. Play back may reasonably differ on your turntable/setup.

All orders ship via USPS. Handling time is generally between 3 to 5 days, but may be shorter.

If an item has been marked "shipped," it has been dropped off with USPS, and the fact that the tracking information may not yet have been updated is due to USPS's failure to regularly scan items rather than my failing to drop a shipment off. You should assume that even where the tracking information shows that USPS is still awaiting the package, the shipment is in transit and that the tracking information will eventually update, even though this may occur on the day the shipment is to be delivered. Please do not ask about the status of a shipment until at least 8 days after your order was marked as "shipped."

Except when the refund is requested because of a significant difference between the product received and what was described, any refunds will be issued minus shipping charges and unrecoverable fees charged by Paypal. Where buyer claims that product received significantly differs from description, I will play the record on return to confirm existence of difference and will issue refund accordingly.

No refunds will be given on sealed records if they have been opened. No returns of media rated G+ or lower.
