if you're here in the states (like me) then i'm going to probably ship USPS Media Mail unless you ask for something specific, like faster or insured or something like that. the overwhelming majority of the time i ship with tracking numbers, but every so often the noobs in the mail room forget to attach them. if you absolutely require something specific, let me know.
and yes, i'll ship internationally - and i have good news. i get a kick-ass shipping discount via DHL (outside of north america) - so most of the time, i'll quote you for the cheapest USPS shipping option (usually First Class Package International) and then ship it through DHL, which means that for the cheapest possible price, it'll arrive damned fast and it'll be handed to you by a nice person dressed in yellow. excellent tracking, and faster than just about anyone else. all at a fraction of a regular DHL shipment. hell yes.
sometimes, if you live in a really remote area, i won't be able to use DHL. if that's the deal, it'll come USPS First Class. but that rarely happens.
oh, and since you asked... i don't do discounts. this isn't like buying a car or a home, there will be no haggling.
