SHIPPING

EU BUYERS: All international shipments to the EU will shipped as a "gift".

All orders with a value that exceeds £20 will be shipped either tracked or signed.

We do not ship daily, usually 2-3 times per week, that allows us time to collate the orders. Please allow 3-5 days for shipping.

REFUNDS:

All refund requests are dealt with in good faith, at the point of listing every item is sincerely described, but with regards to used records, it's possible that a vinyl record will appear virtually unplayed and may still have issues with playback on your deck of course. All we ask is that before requesting a refund (in full or part) you properly wet clean the record. If after cleaning the item is still not playing as described then of course we will happily accept a return. All refunds shall be exclusive of any paypal fees and shipping unless the product sold was faulty or not as described.

Items shipped overseas; if an item has minor issues that were not noted in the description (or have occurred during transit), then the remedy will always be compensation not a return due to the punitive costs of shipping, which is often more than the value of the item. All orders are placed with this understanding.

Please note that when offers are received we check our price versus others for sale. There are 3 possible outcomes; 1) we accept your offer, 2) we decline your offer, 3) we increase the price (if your offer alerts us to the fact that we are actually much lower than other copies for sale in the UK).
