I have been in the vinyl business for ~30 years, and have amassed a decent collection, much of which is not listed in my store. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you are seeking something that it looks like I may have; perhaps I do. Also, I am always happy to work out deals on multi-item purchases, for repeat customers, etc.

A full refund is for the cost of the merchandise only. Shipping fees are not refunded. If for some reason I have made a mistake in grading an item, I will either offer a reduced price, or return/refund, to include shipping. However, please be prepared to provide proof of erroneous grading, including both picture(s), as well as audio recording of any imperfections/issues.

I only ship to addresses listed with your PayPal payment. Please make sure that your address with PayPal is correct when you make payment, so your item ships to the correct location.

I do not insure orders unless the Buyer asks for and pays for insurance. If your records get damaged/lost in transit, this is not my problem. If you are concerned about your items being delivered, it is incumbent upon the Buyer to purchase insurance accordingly.

Please note, don't low-ball me an offer on an item which is already the lowest priced on Discogs. This will result in your offer being declined, and the price being adjusted to market value.

I do not cancel orders "per buyer's request", under any circumstances. According to the "Buyer's Agreement", as stated in Discogs' posted policies, buyer's "are entering into an agreement with the seller to buy the item at the stated price plus the seller's stated postage." Additionally, you "are NOT expressing a casual interest in buying the item, when you click on the "Place Order" button you are declaring your full intention to buy the item by paying the full price stated using the quickest method of payment available to you.".

If you buy a sealed record and find after you open it that it does not meet some set of criteria, such as not being Mint due to a pressing flaw, this is beyond my control. I will not refund money on opened items.
