Sky Records is a small independent mail order service started in 2003. I am really particular about condition and spend time trying to track down private collections from individual collectors. To date I have completed over 60,000 orders including many overseas shipments. Please order with confidence.

SHIPPING COSTS & DETAILS:

- All items are in stock and I ship all orders within 1 working day. I only use Royal Mail for all shipping.
- I use top quality CD mailers with extra bubble wrap or card stiffeners where required.
- For orders over 15 CDs some jewel cases may have to be removed to keep the parcel weight below the 2kg Royal Mail limit.
- TRACKED OR SIGNED FOR AIR MAIL SHIPPING: If under the of my Royal Mail business a tracked shipping service is available to your country I will use this. If a tracked service is NOT available to your country, I will use the Royal Mail Signed For service, when available. Currently, I am unable to offer a tracked option to South Africa & Mexico but is subject to change.
- Buyers are responsible for post & packing costs as displayed on my Discogs pages.
- I only accept payment by Paypal via Discogs checkout.

-Refund Process for Lost Items:
If your item has not arrived within 2 weeks (UK), 6 weeks (EU) or 8 weeks (Rest of the World) please me and I will submit a lost item claim to our shipping company (Royal Mail). They will then investigate the claim which can take up to 28 days. If the claim is successful, they will issue a refund for the lost item.
