Returns & Refunds
- If you’re not happy with a record for any reason, you’re welcome to return it. Just let me know you're sending it back so I know to expect it. You don’t need to wait for a reply before shipping. Return to the same address on the package. Shipping reimbursement is granted when I receive the item(s), except for international and large quantity orders (Where return shipping is greater than $10).
- If you're returning a record due to playback issues (like skipping or repeating), please let me know exactly where the issue occurs.
- Refunds of any kind are not issued unless there is a return or proof of damage.

Shipping & Handling
- Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days after payment, but at times can take longer.
- Orders are shipped to the address provided on PayPal.
- Address changes after placing an order are not allowed.

Sealed Records
- Unless otherwise specified, the exact pressing of a sealed record is not guaranteed.
- Sealed records may have factory defects affecting playback; by opening the item, the buyer assumes this risk.
- Opened sealed records cannot be returned or refunded.
