All vinyl records are shipped in sturdy custom boxes designed specifically for vinyl records. We take many precautions and great pride in getting your order to you safely. We tightly package your order and pad the box with lots of lovely bubble wrap to make sure that there is as little movement as possible. Next, we tape all the seams and clearly mark each box with 'Fragile' and 'Do Not Bend.'

New albums are factory sealed (unless otherwise noted) and are direct from the labels. They are stored in a temperature and humidity-controlled area and have never been 'out on the floor' in a retail environment.

Please understand we are not responsible for manufacturing defects on sealed items. Issues regarding playback, scratches, warping etc on sealed items need to be addressed by the manufacturer or record label.

Used albums and singles are shipped in quality poly outer sleeves and are removed from their outer sleeve to help protect against edge wear. They are sent in generic paper inner sleeves to avoid damage to custom inner sleeves.

Each and every USED record is cleaned, playtested, and conservatively graded. Any notable defects and features are individually noted.

Items are shipped the same day as payment is received or the next business day if your payment is made on a weekend or holiday.

REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are unhappy in any way with your item, you can ship it back to us for a refund within 7 days of receiving. All we ask is that you ship it back to us as you received it. Items must still be sealed and in the same condition as we shipped them. Refunds will be granted upon receipt of the returned item and will apply to the sale value of the item (not including shipping). Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.

DISCLAIMER

We will not be held responsible for lost items if a shipping method without tracking was chosen. If you fear items may get lost or stolen within your country's postal system or lifted from your mailbox, then we urge you to consider a method with tracking.
