Although we do not manufacture any CD/LP we guarantee their quality for your total satisfaction. We try to describe the items for sale on Discogs as precisely as possible, and provide pictures on request. We only sell new and or unplayed CD's / LP's so far. All original CD's manufactured before 1993 don't have seals, so do not expect them to look like they were made last year. We may open shrink-wrapped CD's with no seal, for inspection before shipping, as some labels may have re-wraped returns back in the days. Most CD's pre- 1993 may have come out in long boxes without sealed, and have been re-wraped at that time. Satisfaction always guaranteed.
We will insure shipments only at customer's request, and although we provide tracking, this is not to be confused with insurance. Losses are very rare, and it is up to you to ask us to purchase insurance on your behalf. If a parcel get lost and you didn't request insurance, and we are not an insurance company, we will not be able to compensate you for the loss. We will however file a claim on your behalf with the carrier. These conditions of sale cannot be unknown by Paypal, and customer may not file a claim with paypal for an order which was shipped without insurance , which got eventually lost, provided we can prove the order was shipped with a tracking number.
Returns will only be accepted with prior approval, and return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was incorrect or vastly different than described. A minor flaw does not warrant a return shipping refund. Also, refund can not be made until the item is received in condition it was sent. This means if a sealed item has been opened, it is not eligible for return.
Requests for pictures: We will sent pictures ONLY once an item has been purchased, with of course the right to cancel the order before payment once pictures have been sent to the buyer for approval.

Please request a price quote for shipping and handling of boxed sets. Discogs policy of billing postage by units is not to your advantage. We will quote by weight as box sets are rarely identical even with the same number of discs. We''ll save you money.
