Fandango! is the fourth album by the American blues rock band ZZ Top, recorded April 12, 1974 (tracks 1–3) December 30, 1974 – March 23, 1975 and released April 18, 1975.
The album's first side consists of selections from live shows, with the second side being new studio recordings.
A remastered and expanded edition of this album was released on February 28, 2006.
Original LP-mix was for the first time available on CD on the 2006 reissues and later in The Complete Studio Albums 1970-1990.

What a great album. I thought my original LP sounded pretty good. This Rhino High Fidelity copy smokes it!!! Very punchy sound quality. So glad I made this purchase. Everything about this is high quality. -
My copy states this Matrix/Runout: T \ SAHS 1660-1 STERLING RL E 8 and T \ SAHS 1660-1 STERLING RL B 2 [could also be a v]. -

If you can persevere through the meh live Side A, you've got a treat on the flip side. The studio Side B is absolutely stunning. Quiet, dynamic and three dimensional...what else would you expect from the maestro Ludwig?! -
Edited 8 months agoI`m so glad Rhino released these albums separate from the new box set. Fandango is my favorite ZZ Top album and Rhino did not disappoint with this High Fidelity release. The sound is amazing!

Absolutely astounding! Vinyl is flat, centered and exceptional quiet groove floor. The sound here is nearly beyond description. Save the tech-speak…this pressing is pure gold. A must have. -
This RL cut sounds killer! Great pressing, highly recommended. Yep -
Side 1 is a good sounding live performance. Side 2 is nice and roomy and clean, clear, and crisp with a nice thick low end. Good vinyl! -
