One of the most disappointing vinyl releases ever for me. Love this album, hate the sound quality on this disc.
-
I've got a green translucent copy of this but runouts don't end in /A according to the US and EU releases, my A side ends in /C, B side ends in /B, C side ends in /C and the D side ends in /D.
Anyone else have these runouts on their presses, maybe it's another variant? -
Sounds like arse! You have to crank the EQ. There's no way people are actually satisfied with this pressing!
-
It's loud, it's a great album. My only not-serious gripe is that when Heretic Anthem comes on I have the urge to personally do the 6-6-6 record scratch like Sid Wilson, but they already did it for me.

My copy is perfect expect for the part in diasterpieces during the breakdown of the song before Corey screams nothing it starts to pop enough where it’s noticeable but after that it’s fine I’ve cleaned it 3-4 times im thinking there’s a scratch im not seeing sense it’s a translucent record I did buy it brand new so maybe something happen in transit im not to worried about it tho

Best Slipknot album without any doubt. First pres have much higher volume but this one is still ok. They could add same poster like in first pressing.
-
I love the cover on this record also love the record but not the best time for the in slipknot amazing pressing

Love this album, Gatefold looks gorgeous with the reflective foil style. Got mine off Amazon. Decent amount of surface noise. Record 1 side A/B looks like an animal chewed the hell out of the center label though. Outside the negatives and surface noise it sounds killer!

Edited 2 years agoJust bought this today at a Record Show in Parkersburg, WV. I thought it was a bootleg, but finding this here on Discogs and realizing that it's official just made my day. Zero noise on my copy, sounds fucking awesome!
