My copy sounds great, but gets stuck in a loop towards the end of Watermelon Man. I note a seller of this pressing on Discogs reports the same issue, so it must have been a pressing fault. The loop sounds seamless, so it took me a little while to realise it was stuck!

The cover is a little thin, and no extras to speak of, but this pressing is fantastic. Balanced with no surface noise, and excellent separation provides the listener an opportunity to isolate any player with ease. Bass is rich AF.

Recently bought this and my pressing sounds great. Will keep an eye out for an earlier pressing, but this is absolutely fine for now.

Wowsers! The one jazz funk album to rule them all &, in its inimitable grooviness, bind them. MOV pressing works well for my ears.

I used to own this press of this album, and the one I had didn't impress me personally. The sound felt very compressed and there was a part in one of the songs where the needle kept looping this one part over and over again.

Great pressing, just wish they made less flimsy outer sleeves.

Awesome pressing! Soundstage is free and open even for a digital master. I find the mastering takes a bit to get used to compared to my OG press. I find at the beginning of chameleon Herbie’s synth is a bit muddied and bassier in this mix compared to the original master. Other than that it’s an awesome re-issue of a classic!

The disc is in a Mint condition,180gm black vinyl that`s glass flat, well centered & noise free this a wonderful pressing at any price. It came in a plain white anti static inner sleeve with a more than acceptable single album cover.

                  EXCELLENT five stars,the end!
No really there isn`t much I can tell you that ALL the reviews here haven`t stated already, for a £25 vinyl record weather it`s from a digital source or not(most if not all of my mofi`s are from digital & sound very analog soooo!)it`s a GREAT buy.
Highly Recommended for anyone/all who don`t feel the need for a AP version.

Beautifully flat, dead centre, silent surface... Mastering takes a wee moment to adjust to in comparison to my old CD, but this is a really entertaining presentation. MOV punching way above their price point again.

Music On Vinyl again highlighting why they are so good and why the audiophile labels are so horrifyingly overpriced.
