Cut louder than the more recent pink/green pressing. This one is more lively and exciting to listen to, slightly bassier to my ears and seems better quality of pressing tbh. The switch of Potholderz and One Beer is worth putting up with for the notably superior bass and treble.
The packaging is nowhere near as nice as the tip on gatefold of the coloured press.
So for listening i prefer this cut but for holding in my hands and pride of ownership i prefer the coloured press.
FIRST WORLD PROBLEMS BABY!! -
DOOM was a well known prankster and legend has it that the One Beer / Potholderz mix-up was 100% intentional.

i had originally grabbed this from amazon for like 25 bucks, reallllllly surprised at how much it's going for these days. (unless it's all just post death cash grabbing sellers and no one is actually paying that much)
-
Anyone else's sleeve have more of a matt card/textured finish rather than smoother gloss finish? (Hard to describe really), I like it, but it's unlike most of the rest of my collection (old and new).
-
This release get's a lot of bad reviews for the tracklist/long breaks, however I don't think it's a big issue. The record sounds great and the gaps are a fairly normal length apart.
-
There are definitely some issues with the order of the tunes on this instance of this album, however it is still a tremendous delight
-
One Beer and Potholderz are swapped around on the actual vinyl, and it's a shitty remix version of Kookies... other than that it's fine.
