Notes
Released in gatefold sleeve with poster.
These present recordings were intentionally done without the use of conventional display of 24 or 48-track mobile recording studios.
These recordings are not polished or filled up, they are genuine, with the exception of a dispensable cutting to recordlength.
Some noise and acoustic properties of the venues belong to any live-situation. Maybe some of you will recognize their voices.
This is my first and last live-album, a survey. My music and I leave to other directions. This is not a Goodbye, rather a Hello, the start of a new music of the future, which will guide me to the unknown.
Many thanks to all who came to my concerts.
See you

Edited 9 years agoUp to the time I followed Klaus Schulze's work, probably to the year 1983 (the last years more loose, because new and much more interesting electronic music came up those days), I always thought that there was just one 'perfect' album in his discography. And that was Mirage. An album where both tracks have a quality of their own. Not equally, because 'Crystal Lake' stands out and is probably the most remarkable track KS recorded up to that point. For me, one the finest moments in 70's electronic music.
This official 'Live' LP does not make an exetion in the jugdement of his discography up to this point. Two of four tracks are normal standard, means KS as we knew him up to that time, the third with Arthur Brown is worser. I simply never was a fan of this collaboration.
But there is still 'Heart' .
This track really is like a heart, pumping, pulsating...and incredible modern.
What a piece. Amazing for 1980, still amazing today. Pre techno- ambient stuff. And worth buying this record.
