Reviewing every record in my collection;
The mastering on this vinyl is fuckin AMAZING: The Bass, the dynamics, everything in this album shines through, especially side A for some reason sounds the best. American Pie doesn't sound as good as the rest of the album, I don't know why (not that it is a big loss since the album should end with Gone)
My only complaint is that it has too much surface noise, maybe it's my old copy, but it really ruins an otherwise magnificent record -
F$%kn Spectacular! Bass Pounds! Hard! And the details are Exquisite! This and Immaculate Collection and you really got all you need from the Queen of Pop. Awesome sounding record

Sounds really great! Picked up a used copy, that had some hairlines and some haze on the record (probably from the inner sleeve), but it still sounds really nice. Super quiet, after a wet&vac-clean. Clean mix, really crispy vocals and has that nice punch I hoped for. Highly recommended!

Edited 5 years agoPicked this up today for 15 euros new from Amazon . Was expecting the worst, but exquisite! I see the reviews below are mixed, but my copy sound absolutely perfect. Didn't even have to clean it. Quiet, no pops, no clicks, no sibilance. Not terribly loud, though, but nice detail. One of Madonna's best albums for me, which sounds even better on this pressing. Would recommend.
