Edited 8 years agoThe pressing sounds absolutely fine with only the lightest hint of surface noise that is typical of any modern pressing; if anything it's comparable in quality to a number of Japanese pressings I own.
More to the point - it's fantastic to finally be able to own this for a somewhat sensible price. The record is presented beautifully with a couple of nice inserts and the disc itself in a nice disco bag. The music itself is definitely ethereal, psychedelic and comes together beautifully for a thoroughly cohesive, unique album, definitely worthy of anyone interested in the more esoteric end of music in 1980s Japan, and 'Fourth World' sonic experimentation. I cannot recommend it enough.
Also worth checking is Aragon (3) - ザ• スタジオワークス The Studio Works The Birth Of Aragon which is a record documenting the development of the A3 track 'あやとり (Ayatori)' - you can find a number of tracks from it on the 2014 CD reissue from Victor / Light Mellow's Picks. -
