I am a DJ and collector myself. Sometimes I am out of town for gigs/travel. Unless otherwise noted, I try to ship within 3 days.

All orders are packed with care, records are taken out of outer sleeves and sandwiched between cardboard stiffeners.

I grade visually, however I try to be conservative with it.

Grading scale:
(M) Mint: Mint means sealed or a record that I unsealed myself and know I never played once.
(NM) Near mint: only a record that I unsealed myself or purchased brand new and know that I only played it a few times. No records I purchase second hand will be labeled NM unless I purchased sealed.
(VG+) Very good+: glossy, clean, looking perfect with nary a mark or blemish. What many would consider NM, I would still place as VG+.
(VG) Very good: this is a VG+ with one to a few marks on it.
(G+) Good+: this is for anything with more than a few marks. Any actual scratches will instantly bring a record down to G+. G+ is still quite playable. I have received VG+ records from other sellers that I would consider G+.
(F) Fair: these are records of the lowest condition. Many scuffs or scratches on both sides.

Also FYI I moved to a new city and the USPS local pickup location is a mom and pop post office. I've noticed that when the mail is picked up it is not scanned right away until later on when it's processed at a sorting facility. I purchase and print the labels at home so it may say "pre-shipment" even though I've already left it at the post office. Apologies in advance for any confusion that may cause.
