Edited 3 months agoPure Hardcore sound from all of the songs in this EP. If you’re an oldschool hardcore fan this would be a great addition to the collection. The songs aren’t repetitive and come on, it’s Altern 8 -
Three tracker from Altern 8, with the "Brutal-8-E (Jungle Brutalism Mix)". Followed by "A-D-8 With Plezure (Mask Hysteria Mix)" with its off key sounding strings / pads and deep deep dirty bassline along with its hardcore style synth stabs. Finally its "One For John (DJ Nex Mix)" again with a lovely old school hardcore synth loop, the bleeps add something different and sit perfectly on top of that deep bassline.
All three tracks sound fantastic, & get a lot of play back in their day.
