Had a digital copy for ages and finally got the wax... LP's have a very slight warp (very fixable), with very little surface noise (after initial cleaning), and both sound pretty damn good (nice separation, depth, width, low impact, and highs are shimmering in parts but not overwhelming.) on my modest system...

      (Fluance RT-82 w/Acrylic Platter, ATN-XP cart/5 stylus. Nobsound T3 Phono Amp, Aiyima A07 Pro, Kicker KB6B, & 2x Polk PSW10 Subs...Simple Low Cost Setup)...Happy Listening

Excellent job on this remaster - shall I say just as good if not better than the original clear press - excellent dynamics, with a couple of extra soundscapes - can't go wrong with this at all.........!

Great sound quality. I'd wish the artworks were richer include previous editions pictures. I guess Metropolis doesn't own original Hypnotic's front cover layout, therefore the picture is less clear, some details are lost. A dubious decision to add tracks recorded later that do not fit the atmosphere of the album (12-14). Anyway more is better than less.

Years before the disturbed urban dreamscapes of Pye Corner Audio were released to deserved critical acclaim, Delerium soundtracked the dark gothic corners that only existed in the minds of deranged drug experimenters and a handful of like minded film makers and dark artists. Approach with caution...

My version has definiteley NO Delerium music, but I would also not regard it as goth/death rock, more like some kind of very soft independent music. No idea who it is. Four tracks on side one, five on side two, male singer. German pressing, Dossier Records, matrix "DOSSIER ST 7561 A2" and "DOSSIER ST 7651 B2". It is NOT clear but black vinyl, even if cover back side states "pressed on clear vinyl". No.: DOSSIER ST 7561 and EFA 05861-08

Is yours some kind of goth / death rock band on black vinyl? I just picked up a copy today and mine is definitely not Delerium. :-)
